Aims and scope
We will soon be and expanding the scope of the journal Hormones and Cancer to become Discover Oncology: a new, fully open access general oncology journal that aims to provide a unified forum for researchers and clinicians.
The journal spans basic and translational science, through to preclinical, clinical, and epidemiology, and welcomes content interfacing at all levels of cancer research.
Discover Oncology will include, but is not limited to, cancer causation and the underlying biology of disease, the molecular interactions between genes, hormones, the immune system and the metabolism, screening and prevention, diagnosis and treatment, prognostication, novel therapeutic agents and clinical trials. All cancer types, including benign tumours, will be considered for publication.
The journal will shortly be open for submissions and will publish its first articles in January 2021.
